Gentle Yoga is excellent for those challenged by physical limitations, injuries, age or inactivity. It is also a soothing class if you just want a restorative class towards the end of a busy week. The class includes instruction in basic yoga postures to enhance range of motion, strength and balance. Poses are adapted and modified so the student can maintain a steady, comfortable posture. The class also includes guided breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and meditation to help cultivate an easeful body and peaceful mind.
