This course builds on the foundation laid in the first part of our beginners courses and gives the opportunity to build a solid practice, including all the basic postures and breathing exercises.
Emphasis is placed on holding postures longer, and making smooth transitions between postures. Some variations of the basic postures are introduced. Training in the headstand is offered for those who are ready.
This is an ideal refresher class for those who have lapsed in their practice. It is also suitable for experienced practitioners who are new to the Center.
Courses meet at 1207 W. Bryn Mawr Avenue. Space is limited. Please reserve early.
