Our five-week introductory course gives a step-by-step guide to the practice and is intended to help you establish a meditation practice as part of your daily routine. Take your practice to new level of inner awareness and connection in this 2-hour class, that is offered on Sunday afternoon. It's a great way to raise your vibratory energy any balance yourself out before the start of another work week. The postures are held longer, and some variations of the basic asanas are practiced.
