Group Meditation (Satsang)
Satsang is a gathering for group spiritual practice.
Monday through Friday morning satsang is at 6am, Sunday Evening at 6:15pm
at the original Center location, 1246 W. Bryn Mawr Ave.
We begin with a 30-minute guided silent meditation, followed by Kirtan (chanting) for approximately 30 minutes, and end with a reading or talk on a spiritual topic. The length of the satsang is usually 75 minutes in the morning, and 90 minutes on Sunday evening.
Satsang is open to all; there is no requirement of previous knowledge of yoga. Chant books are provided for you to follow and join in the chanting if you wish.

Summer Solstice Morning Meditation

Welcome the start of summer with a Summer Solstice morning mediation and sun salutation practice, greeting the rise of the summer sun. This program will take place by the lake at sunrise on the morning of the Summer Solstice, also the International Day of Yoga.
