For those who have achieved proficiency in the basic sequence of 12 asanas we are offering an intermediate to advanced course to provide the opportunity to progress further. You will have the opportunity to learn more advanced variations and postures, including the Scorpion, and will build up strength and flexibility. Class size will be limted to 8 participants.
