It's a great way to raise your vibratory energy any balance yourself out before the start of another work week. The postures are held longer, and some variations of the basic asanas are practiced. This class is suitable for any one who already has the foundation of the Sivananda class and wants a longer more meditative practice, with longer intervales of relaxation.
