Prana is life force.  Pranayama (control of prana) is generally associated with breathing exercises, but each asana (yoga pose) moves, changes and controls the flow of prana in the body.   In this series of 4 classes, we will explore the movement of prana through asanas and pranayama, as well as the theory of prana. A very important topic that will benefit your practice and help you take it to the next level.

Arjuna is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and has been teaching family yoga programs in Sivananda centers and ashrams for many years. Arjuna’s approach is dynamic, personal, and inspiring, and includes many instructive stories from his time spent with his guru, Swami Vishnudevananda.
