Tey holds Yoga Instructor Certification through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. She is also certified in teaching yoga and meditation in Military Communities, bringing healing power to those affected by Combat-stress, PTSD, and trauma. As a recording artist and vocalist, Tey and has put out ten albums, two of which feature sanskrit chanting and has traveled to the middle east, including heavily war-torn Afghanistan, to bring upliftment to those effected by the stressors of living amidst social unrest.
