Welcome the start of summer with a Summer Solstice morning mediation and sun salutation practice, greeting the rise of the summer sun. This program will take place by the lake at sunrise on the morning of the Summer Solstice, also the International Day of Yoga. We will perform the sun salutations facing the rising sun, chant mantras, practice pranayama and have a short silent meditation.
We will meet at the Teaching Annex at 5:00 am and walk silently together to the lake. Call or email for more information. Join us in celebrating this significant day in the Northern Hemisphere.
This event is free and open to yogis of all levels.
