iRest© Yoga Nidra is a guided form of meditation that can uncover deep states of peace, healing and resiliency. The weekend workshop you will learn the basic principles and theory of iRest© Yoga Nidra and practice several one hour sessions. Progressing through the multiple layers of consciousness, each step will be explained and explored in a safe and supported environment.
iRest® Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down in a comfortable position so bring a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable. iRest® Yoga Nidra is an easy and effective way to experience deep states meditation. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcome.
