Radha, the director of the Chicago Center, is a full-time staff and Yoga teacher for the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Inc. She recently moved to Chicago after living at the Sivananda Yoga Ranch in upstate New York, where she served for the past 6 years. Radha is a 500 hour RYT, and is trained in i-Rest Yoga Nidra level 1. Approaching life as a student, she is always looking to deepen her knowledge and learn from life experiences. Through her own personal practice, experience and continued studies, she loves sharing the teachings of Yoga with her students. Practicing the 4 paths of yoga, Radha especially enjoys Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion, and makes chanting a main part of her spiritual practice.
