Take your practice to the next level. Explore holding the postures for longer duration and adding variations to keep your practice interesting. New asanas will be introduced according the individual needs of the group. Additional emphasis will be on connecting with the breath, as you learn to coordinate breath with the asana, improving your inner focus. Build on the foundation you already have of the basic asanas and pranayama, and deepen your practice.
This course is ideal for you ... if you completed Yoga 1 and are committed to developing a regular practice; there has been a lapse in your already existing practice; or you are a Yoga practitioner but are new to the Sivananda Yoga style.
Class size is small so reserve your space early. See you on the mat!
