Yoga is a powerful tool for recovery and healing from addiction, leading to a life of freedom. Ayurveda is called the yoga of health. The principles of Ayurveda use the seasons, diet and lifestyle to balance daily life. This evenings workshop will introduce these principles and offer practical ways to improve the quality of life.
