The practice of yoga asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and relaxation is considered to be ideal preparation for the practice of steadying the mind in meditation.
This course gives a practical introduction to all of these practices. Each 90-minute class includes approximately 60 minutes of yoga, pranayama, and relaxation practice and 30 minutes of work on the theory and practice of meditation.
Meditative Asana Class

Take your practice to new level of inner awareness and connection in this 2-hour class, that is offered on Sunday afternoon. It's a great way to raise your vibratory energy any balance yourself out before the start of another work week. The postures are held longer, and some variations of the basic asanas are practiced.
